I have never stayed here before but we would be back. Reasonable rates for Canadians and very clean. Definitely will make this a go to in Grand Forks again.

Great staff, clean rooms, could use some eggs and sausages added to the breakfast, but I stayed during a lull in business so I couldn’t expect much, great value for the price!

Black mold in the bathroom of our first room. We were able to move rooms however the heater in this room was not working right and it was very warm and wouldn’t turn down. The

The occupant over our room kept us up the whole night, he or she had been walking all night. Good if he or she was just walking, the footsteps were heavy.
Reception was informed but I was just given a shrug!
Hotel smells musty.

room was as expected. pool should be at least 80 degrees or you should have a hot tub or sauna...no adult wants to lounge in a cold pool with no way to warm up

This hotel was great for the value! We needed a cheaper stay for a hockey tournament and chose this hotel based on price and reviews. The hotel was clean, breakfast was decent, warm and always stocked. Staff was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was quiet and the pool was never busy and very warm, which was great for a weekend below 0 outside. My only complaint is the only door that works is the main door and there is very little parking available. But those are minor! Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable.

Friendly staff, seamless check in and clean room and hotel in general. Not the most comfortable pillows and bed but definately worth the stay. Very quiet and convenient location too.

Room was clean, friendly front desk staff, bed comfy, limited breakfast but for the price we were satisfied. Would stay again.
